Revealing of Potential Plant Growth-Enhancing Traits Through In Silico Genomic Analysis of Bacillus Rhizoplanae CIP111899

The objective of this study was to examine the whole genome bacterial strain CIP111899, isolated from root surface maize (Zea mays), in order reveal presence genes implicated enhancing plant growth. genome-based taxonomy revealed that CIP111899 belongs a new species called Bacillus rhizoplanae. In second step, analyzed on multiple levels using various information tools. This involved examining functional categories associated with analytical techniques, namely, annotation RAST server, then identifying growth-promoting Prokka program, and finally detecting groups responsible for secondary metabolism through antiSMASH analysis. results genomic analysis showed enhance stress tolerance, such as those encoding enzymes antioxidants (superoxide dismutase, peroxidases, catalase). Additionally, were identified, including solubility inorganic phosphorus, phytohormone production, iron uptake. conclusion, has shown promise potential agent promoting growth thereby improving food security due its genetic composition.
